I didn’t come into HR to police people. I came into HR to help people—and the leaders responsible for them—get it right.
I’m Teneice Permission, an HR leader, advisor, and strategist with years of real-world experience supporting organizations through growth, uncertainty, and change. I’ve sat at the table where decisions are made, navigated the gray areas no handbook prepares you for, and helped leaders move forward with clarity instead of fear.
What I’ve learned is this: Most organizations don’t need more HR—they need clear, human, practical HR.
That’s where I come in.
Through HR HELP US, I partner with mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, and growing teams that want to do right by their people while staying compliant, aligned, and confident. My approach blends deep HR expertise with real-life understanding—because policies don’t exist in a vacuum, and people aren’t problems to be managed.
